Artist/ Producer/ Maker

My work is primarily concerned with investigating notions of nostalgia and souvenirs, reconstructed memories and our relationship to moments of history. I am interested in why and how we construct our own private worlds, evoking a sense of the ‘other’ and meditations on things that have passed.

I have a special interest in making work with people, often using a provocation that encourages people to engage with a subject, object or place in a way that they wouldn't encounter in their everyday lives. I like to make and produce work that connects people together, believing that often an artist and community working together can create solutions that neither expected and where the whole is bigger than the sum of it's parts.
I work across mediums, choosing the format that best suits my current investigation.
